What personal data is processed and where is it collected from?
Personal data in electronic messages
If you contact us by using email or the contact form, you consent to the information being used to contact you with a response to your enquiry.
These electronic messages are stored in our system, which is covered by a Data Processing Agreement with our system provider. Electronic messages are deleted after 60 days.
Complaints handling and security breaches
If you have a complaint regarding the processing of personal data, you can contact the general manager. You have the right to complain about our processing of personal data to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority: www.datatilsynet.no.
If a security breach occurs that leads to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unlawful disclosure of, or access to personal data that has been transferred, stored or otherwise processed, this is considered a security breach. In the event of a deviation, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority will be notified within 72 hours after we become aware of the deviation.

You have the right to request access to what personal data BNO TRAVEL has about you. You also have the right to request correction if it is inaccurate. It is important that the information we have about you is correct and up to date. If you discover any errors, we encourage you to contact us so that the information can be corrected. You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time. You can also contact us if you want the information to be deleted.
